“A black man confessed to spraying a racist graffiti on his own car as a Halloween prank, Kansas police said on Monday.
Dauntarius Williams, 21, admitted to spraying the racist graffiti on his own car that featured racial slurs like “go home,” “date your own kind,” and “die,” the Riley County Police Department said. Authorities decided not to charge the man for filing a false report, saying it would “not be in the best interests of the citizens.”

“An Illinois couple was charged with murder on Monday after they allegedly starved a 6-year-old boy as punishment for two years and left five other children living in “sickening” conditions at their home, reports said.
Michael Roberts, 42, and Georgena Roberts, 42, were charged with first degree murder and two counts of endangering the life and health of a child,”

“In the first hours after the deadly mass shooting at a Texas church, many details about the massacre and the gunman’s identity were still unclear — but it didn’t stop comedian Chelsea Handler from blaming Republicans for the shooting, in a tweet that sparked backlash.”
“Harvard Law School Dean of Students Marcia L. Sells has condemned the posting of “It’s okay to be white” stickers on the university campus, calling them divisive and “a provocation.”
“Some Twitter users are vowing to boycott Jim Beam after actress Mila Kunis recently revealed how she is trolling Vice President Mike Pence, according to USA Today.
USA Today on Monday reported that the #BoycottBeam campaign is gaining steam as a means of voicing displeasure with Kunis, who serves as the bourbon maker’s spokeswoman.”

“A new poll says the Democratic Party’s approval ratings have dropped to their lowest mark in 25 years.
The poll from CNN/SSRS claims only 37 percent of Americans favor the Democratic Party, compared to the 44 percent who held that opinion back in March of this year.”
“House Republicans defeated the first two Democratic amendments to the tax reform bill Tuesday, swatting away measures to restore the state and local deduction to the bill and to undo the tax reform if it doesn’t increase economic growth.”
BRUSSELS – “NATO’s chief says the alliance plans to send around 3,000 more troops to Afghanistan, half of them from the United States, to bolster efforts to train the Afghan army.
Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said Tuesday that the current NATO troop level “is around 13,000. The new level will be around 16,000.”
“Saudi Arabia on Monday called the attempted missile attack on Riyadh’s main airport this weekend an “act of war” by Iran and vowed to retaliate.
Houthi rebels in Yemen, who have been fighting Saudi-backed forces there for several years, claimed responsibility for firing the ballistic missile on Saturday. The missile traveled more than 500 miles before Saudi Arabia intercepted it.”
