Daevon Bell, 26, of Hamilton Township, New Jersey, is charged by complaint with one count of possession with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin.
He was arrested by special agents of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration on Dec. 1, 2020, and is scheduled to appear this afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Arpert.
Based on information received from a reliable source, law enforcement officials determined that Bell was in possession of a large quantity of heroin on Dec. 1, 2020. Law enforcement officials followed Bell in his vehicle from Trenton to Morrisville,
Setting aside the clear hypocrisy, the obvious question is: if dining outdoors is such a dangerous, health-threatening activity—a health emergency, why would Keuhl want to do it at all?
Is it possible that she, and the many other politicians who defy their own lockdown and mask orders, aren’t worried? Not one bit?
What about San Jose mayor Sam Liccardo, who spent Thanksgiving with his parents despite the dire warnings that eating Thanksgiving dinner with your own family if they are not part of your household is a serious health risk? That grandmas the world over would be imperiled by such selfishness?
“Some began to work when they were just 13 or 14,” writes Sanchez, “packing the candy you find by the supermarket register, cutting the slabs of raw meat that end up in your freezer and baking, in industrial ovens, the pastries you eat with your coffee.” Other places of employment included automotive parts factories and recycling facilities.
The teenagers knew they were legally not supposed to be working, and that it could jeopardize their asylum cases in immigration court.
Many, however, feel that they have little choice but to toil away. One 15-year-old “had debts to pay, starting with the roughly $3,000 he owed for the ‘coyote’ who guided him across Mexico from Guatemala. To finance the trip, his parents had taken out a bank loan, using their house as collateral. If he didn’t repay it, the family could lose its home.”
The migrant children usually find work through temporary staffing agencies (“oficinas” in Spanish), which gives business owners a degree of cover and plausible deniability.
Many work during the night, which often makes them too exhausted and sleep-deprived to pay attention in school, causing more than a few to simply drop out and continue working illegally. Some are also hurt on the job, but prefer not to seek medical attention to avoid trouble.
Officials from the ACIP said these “exceptionally high risk” groups should be first in line to receive any COVID-19 vaccine that gets emergency authorization from the FDA. So far, two vaccines — one from Pfizer and one from Moderna — have been found in clinical trials to be both safe and highly effective.
If both are approved, the government says 40 million doses could be available in the U.S. by the end of December. However, the CDC said it expects between 5 million and 10 million doses to become available each week for the first few months while manufacturers ramp up production.
“We expect a constrained supply environment,” the CDC’s Sara Oliver said at Tuesday’s meeting.
As JCPenney, Macy’s, and other large retail chains vacate America’s malls, mall owners and local governments may be looking to fill in that empty space with more senior housing. A new report from SmartCitiesDive says a number of cities across the U.S. are looking to “infill redevelopment” of vacant mall sites to bridge the growing housing gap for aging populations.
America’s aging senior population is in a tight spot when it comes to affordable housing. Housing experts warn that rising home prices and low inventories are creating a new housing crisis for baby boomers.
Add to that the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately plagued senior communities and you’ve got yourself a conundrum — or an opportunity, depending on how you look at the situation.
“This is yet another investigation Project Veritas has conducted into CNN, and once again they’ve demonstrated their partisan political agenda and total disconnect with journalistic ethics,” said Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe.
CNN attacked President Donald J. Trump, Fox News host Tucker Carlson and even U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, he said.
Here are some of the comments made on the CNN calls about President Trump:
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has launched investigations into several groups, including one founded by former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, for seeking to “aggressively” register “ineligible, out-of-state, or deceased voters” before the state’s Jan. 5 Senate runoff elections.
Raffensperger’s office on Wednesday said the investigations are into groups including America Votes, Vote Forward and The New Georgia Project — which was founded by Abrams and previously chaired by Democratic Senate candidate Raphael Warnock.
Raffensperger for weeks has issued warnings against efforts to register individuals who are ineligible to vote in Georgia’s runoff elections or to encourage people to come to Georgia with the sole purpose of casting ballots.
The Chicago Tribune reports the precise figure at 3,862, and that includes shooting victims who survived their wounds as well as those who died from their injuries.
A second table of data from the Tribune focused solely on fatalities shows that 715 were killed January 1, 2020, through December 1, 2020.
The Tribune data comes one day after Breitbart News reported 12 people were shot on Monday, November 30, 2020, alone. One of those shooting victims succumbed to his injuries.
And Monday followed a weekend during which 28 were shot, seven fatally. And 50 people were shot the previous weekend, with five of those shooting victims succumbing to their wounds.
CNNLOL must have wrote a half-dozen stories about Breitbart’s internal communications because — just like James O’Keefe and these conference calls — someone gave CNNLOL access to them.
And let’s not forget it was only 60 days ago that CNNLOL went going crazy over recordings of first lady Melania Trump (who was guilty of nothing more than being awesome).
And now the spoiled, entitled man-babies at CNNLOL are calling the police on James O’Keefe because James O’Keefe did what CNNLOL and the rest of the media have been doing for decades.
Axios reports that despite an antitrust lawsuit filed against Google by the DOJ and reports of addiitonal incoming government antitrust lawsuits, tech giants such as Facebook and Google are continuing to finalize deals to purchase smaller rivals.
On Monday, Facebook announced that it has purchased a customer service chatbot startup called Kustomer for $1 billion, the same amount the company paid for the photo-sharing app Instagram in 2012.
Axios states that the new deal is just another sign that the largest tech companies in the world will not stop buying smaller companies despite facing enormous antitrust scrutiny worldwide.
Google is also awaiting approval for the acquisition of the health and fitness tracking device manufacturer Fitbit for $2.1 billion. Facebook also plans to acquire the animated image sharing service Giphy for $400 million.
The Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium (MAEC) is a self-proclaimed “social justice” nonprofit that conducts “anti-racist audits” for corporations and schools, often in partnership with far-left groups such as the Southern Poverty Law Center.
The consortium was recently awarded a lucrative contract by Maryland’s largest school district and works with educators across 15 states.
MAEC’s influence comes at the taxpayer’s expense.
According to its most recent tax filings, the group hauled in $2 million solely from government grants between mid-2018 and mid-2019.
It has not reported a single private donation in four years. MAEC’s reach is made possible thanks to a partnership with the Department of Education.
“I changed policies to help businesses crippled by the closure of the economy. I am happy to help again. We must do everything we can to save businesses,” Mychajliw said.
Robby Dinero, the owner of Athletes Unleashed in Orchard Park, NY, which is in Erie County, was fined $15,000 after forcing the health department out of his business in a video that went viral.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz disputed Mychajliw’s claim that he has the authority to change the way the county collects COVID fines.

Holtz spoke at the 2020 Republican National Convention, where he denigrated the faith of now-President-elect Joe Biden and other politicians as “Catholics in name only” for their position on abortion. Holtz’s rhetoric drew an admonishment from Notre Dame’s president, Fr. John Jenkins, who said “we must never question the sincerity of another’s faith.”
Trump will bestow the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Thursday, according to the White House.
The president has shown a fondness for awarding the honor to high profile backers like conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh and GOP megadonor Sheldon Adelson’s wife, Miriam, as well as sports figures like golf legend Tiger Woods, Hall of Fame quarterback Roger Staubach and basketball great Bob Cousy, among others.
Trump has also awarded a posthumous medal of freedom to baseball icon Babe Ruth.
“One can imagine my surprise then when the next day, November 4, I was asked by a senior USPS employee … if I had forgotten any ballots the night before,” he continued, explaining the senior employee detailed an order down from the Wisconsin-Illinois chapter of USPS, which claimed that 100,000 ballots were missing.
The senior USPS employee told Pease his post office had dispatched employees to search for the missing ballots at 4 a.m. and only recovered seven or eight at UMS.
“Based on my previous experience and habit of double-checking for ballots, I believe that to be a lie,” he explained.
“Governor DeWine’s mismanagement, malfeasance, misfeasance, abuse of power, and other crimes include, but are not limited to, meddling in the conduct of a presidential primary election, arbitrarily closing and placing curfews on certain businesses, while allowing other businesses to remain open,” said Becker’s office in a statement to the press.
“He weaponized the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to bully and harass businesses and the people; to enforce a statewide mask mandate and other controversial measures of dubious ‘value,’ making Ohio a hostile work environment,” it said.
“Additionally, Governor DeWine had the further audacity to include congregants at places of worship, forcing citizens to choose between worshiping their God and worshiping at the alter [sic] of unbridled government. Many Ohioans find the controversial mask mandate offensive, degrading, humiliating, and insulting,” the statement continued.
A new report by the Amistad Project, which is gathering evidence of election fraud in the 2020 United States election, alleges that up to 288,000 ballots disappeared, while another 100,000 were improperly backdated.
Mail promoting President Trump was allegedly “junked” while mail for Joe Biden was delivered.
The Washington Examiner reports that in the report, a U.S. Postal Service contractor alleges that his trailer full of 144,000 to 288,000 completed mail-in ballots that he drove between New York and Pennsylvania disappeared after he arrived at a mail depot in Lancaster, PA.
Another contractor claims that numerous ballots were backdated by postal workers. In Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mail was junked in bins labeled “Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail” while similar letters sent by the Joe Biden campaign were delivered.
A DOJ spokesperson said in a statement on background to Breitbart News and other outlets that the department has not concluded anything yet:
Some media outlets have incorrectly reported that the Department has concluded its investigation of election fraud and announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election.
That is not what the Associated Press reported nor what the Attorney General stated.
The Department will continue to receive and vigorously pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as expeditiously as possible.
The lawmakers, known for their anti-Israel rhetoric and promotion of anti-Semitic materials, appeared at the American Muslims for Palestine’s (AMP) annual conference, which was held virtually over Thanksgiving weekend.
The conference featured outspoken critics of Israel, including those with reported ties to the Hamas terror group.
AMP, which itself has been tied to terror financiers, is a leading promoter of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement, which seeks to wage economic warfare on Israel by boycotting Jewish-made goods.
Whether it was traditional media outlets or the social media giants, they proved to be a force in getting Joe Biden Millions of votes.
Here’s the Simple Truth.
On Nov. 30 (Monday), select members of the Arizona State legislature held a public hearing in Phoenix on election integrity.
It lasted around 6 hours or more, not three hours as was expected.
Now it’s good to note that this was an unofficial event and not a formal legislative hearing because the legislature is out of session.
But the Republican members of the state Senate and House were there, and they were asking questions of the witnesses on allegations of voter fraud and voting irregularities. We’re going to cover 6 highlights from the event.
The order, for about 2,000 bombs, totals $42.3 million, Rheinmetall said in a statement.
The 500-pound bomb bodies will be used by France’s Mirage 2000 and Rafale fighter planes, the Direction General de l’Armament said, and as the warhead of the GBU-54 Laser Joint Direct Attack Munition system for Germany’s Tornado and Eurofighter platforms.
The upgraded bomb, designed by General Dynamics, is regarded as a free-fall, standard bomb, although it can be fitted with laser guidance and other improvements.
“I am honored to welcome H.E. Minister Al Zayani, who arrived with the head of the Tourism Authority and members of the business sector to promote mutual tourism between the countries,” said Farkash-Hacohen following the reception.
“The opening of direct flights, and the travel of people between the countries, is an essential step towards building peace between our nations.
I look forward to hosting the minister and his delegation, showing them a taste of Israel’s scenes and heritage, and introducing them to Israel’s private tourism sector,” she said.
Speaking to Parliament Wednesday morning, Johnson said “I strongly urge people to take up the vaccine but it is no part of our culture or ambition in this country to make vaccines mandatory; that is not how we do things.”
He also warned that “it is very, very important” that Britons “do not get their hopes up too soon about the speed at which we will be able to roll out this vaccine.”
The Pfizer jab “won’t deliver a knockout blow” to the virus, and BoJo warned that all Britons must continue to follow social distancing rules.
The fine comes after congregants of the Full Gospel Outreach Church were caught singing without their masks on, and a small ‘outbreak’ of COVID-19 was allegedly pinned on their multi-day evangelical event.
The mayor of Prince Albert, Greg Dionne, said clearly that he wanted to make an example of the church. Speaking to CBC, he said there had to be “consequences,” so they handed down a $14,000 fine.
While the mainstream media demonized him and his congregants, I travelled down to Prince Albert to speak with pastor Vernon Temple and get his side of the story.
Hong Kong pro-democracy activists jailed for organizing protests last year. They vow the fight will continue.
Joshua Wong, Agnes Chow, and Ivan Lam were found guilty of organizing and taking part in the mass protests near police headquarters last June, the BBC reported Wednesday. The protests kicked off a movement for freedom in Hong Kong that garnered international attention and has continued for more than a year.
Wong received a sentence of 13.5 months in jail, while Chow and Lam were sentenced to 10 and 7 months, respectively. The activists had been held in police custody prior to the sentencing, with Wong under solitary confinement, the British outlet noted.
Magistrate Wong Sze-lai argued that “immediate imprisonment [was] the only appropriate option” for the defendants after they “called on protesters to besiege the headquarters and chanted slogans that undermine the police force.”

The victims of the attack were a member of the shop’s staff, in her 40s, and a shopper in her 60s. Both were taken to hospital for injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening.
A 57-year-old man suspected of being the attacker was initially restrained by shoppers and staff, as he shouted comments that prompted anti-terrorist police to lead the investigation.
He was later arrested and is in custody. Lancashire police are looking at the suspect’s mental health history.

Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report discusses Project Veritas’ leaked CNN tapes of months of internal meetings, Treasury Secretary nominee Janet Yellen’s plans to fight racial inequality, and more liberal hypocrisy as yet another Democrat lockdown hypocrite gets caught at The French Laundry.
First Dave gives his thoughts on the leaked audio of CNN CEO Jeff Zucker’s meetings.
James O’Keefe of Project Veritas revealed that he has been recording Jeff Zucker’s internal morning meetings for two months.
The tapes offer proof of CNN’s extreme anti-Trump agenda.
Next former head of the Federal Reserve Janet Yellen gave a speech outlining how as Joe Biden’s Treasury Secretary she will somehow use economic policy to reduce inequality, climate change, and gender inequality.
If nothing else, the last 4 years have shown us the creative talents of news personalities who can now indulge their true calling, writing the great American political novel or an Oscar-winning blockbuster movie script.
But after the celebrating and self-congratulations are over following Trump’s loss, the cable news execs must have suffered a real, four-alarm hangover.
How do we replace Trump-bashing with anything else that would draw half as big an audience?
They might try to gin up more hysteria about COVID, but with vaccines on the way, that’s a short term fix.
So far, the networks must be secretly relieved that Trump is remaining front and center in the public eye, contesting the election. But eventually, Trump will become an ex-president. And then what? Do they follow him as if he’s still president? How will that work?
In this episode, we sit down with Amanda Milius, director of the documentary film “The Plot Against the President.”
It details how the U.S. intelligence community surveilled the Trump campaign on the basis of fabricated allegations and worked with corporate media to propagate a false narrative of “Russia-collusion.”
The film makes the case this was all part of an operation to bring down the President of the United States.
