In The NEWS:
The person who defaced Washington DC’s Union Station with swastikas is an illegal migrant from Mexico with a lengthy criminal history. But even so, and despite being repeatedly apprehended by authorities, the suspected vandal doesn’t meet the Biden administration’s standards for deportation.
According to the Washington Examiner, suspect Geraldo Pando has a 15-year criminal history and had been previously deported twice from the United States. However, the current guidelines for ICE mean the agency won’t take Pando into federal custody or be deported.
Coincidentally, on Tuesday of this week the Republican National Committee criticized the DHS under the Biden White House for “giving a pass to illegal immigrants who commit felonies.”
The outlet sourced Pando’s arrest records and his most recent previous infraction was vandalizing US Capitol Police headquarters a week beforehand. ICE on that occasion were also hands-off and Capitol Police simply let him go.
Portland City Council meeting erupts over homeless encampment safety risks: ‘Existential threat’ to business
Federal employees demanded Portland City Council address a homeless encampment outside their office that they say has created safety concerns, cost the agency hundreds of thousands in security measures and become “an existential threat” to businesses.
“As a newcomer to this city and a reader of the local papers, I can see that there is a disruption taking place in systems of power and governance,” Ethridge continued. “Disruptions can lead to great improvements or further demise, and my hope is that voted upon, planned and funded improvements are not further delayed as further delays would result in further demise.”
Hardesty responded to Ethridge’s comments by acknowledging the “pain” in her voice and adding that “there is not a corner of the city not suffering that same kind of pain.”
But the commissioner then seemed to argue that those threats to public safety and the “housing crisis” were part of the necessary growing pains that happen in a liberal city dedicated to social justice.
Shares of Facebook parent Meta fell over 25% on Thursday—erasing over $230 billion in market value for its worst trading session in history—after the company’s dismal quarterly earnings report showed declining users and surging expenses related to the company’s metaverse project.
Investors dumped shares of the tech giant after being alarmed by both declining user growth and rising expenses tied to the company’s focus on augmented and virtual realities.
Making matters worse, Meta reported that Facebook lost daily users for the first time in its history as business on its core platform slowed, and executives blamed increased competition from the likes of TikTok for its decline.
The Gateway Pundit Files Official Complaint Against T-Mobile with Missouri Attorney General – Requests Investigation of Mobile Carrier for Blocking and Erasing Text Messages with GP Articles and Links
In early January we learned the tech giants are using a frightening new method to censor and control what you are able to see, read and discuss online. T-Mobile was disappearing our links. You could not send our links through T-mobile. They would disappear them. Your friends would not even know that you sent them a Gateway Pundit article.
Dozens of our readers sent us proof that this was happening.
One of our readers reached out to T-Mobile through chat support and was sent a link to a Reuters article discussing an FCC decision on censoring texts. The decision was actually meant to stop robotexts and spam messages, not individual texts. The customer service representative admitted that the carrier has been censoring websites via the transmission of text messages.
Sarah Palin’s libel suit against The New York Times went to trial Thursday in a case over the former Alaska governor’s claims the newspaper damaged her reputation with an editorial linking her campaign rhetoric to a mass shooting.
The trial is a rare example of a jury deciding the validity of a persistent refrain from Palin and other Republicans: That a biased news media is willing to bend the truth to make conservatives look bad.
The trial is happening on The Times’ home turf, in Democrat-friendly New York City, but Palin attorney Shane Vogt asked jurors in his opening statement to put aside any personal opinions they might have about Palin’s politics.
Black Leaders Slam Racism of Abortion: “When We See a Beautiful Black Face, Abortionists See Dollar Signs”
Alexandre, the senior counsel for governmental affairs at Liberty Counsel and Liberty Counsel Action, spoke about the devastation that abortion has wreaked on the African American community during a press conference Jan. 19 with other pro-life leaders, Live Action News reports.
Marking the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Alexandre said the abortion industry has been targeting unborn black babies since its beginning.
“When we see a beautiful Black face, Planned Parenthood’s founder says says she wants to get rid of that undesirable race,” he said, pointing to founder Margaret Sanger’s discriminatory views.
“When we see a beautiful Black face, they see a part of town where they can build an abortion center and find an area where they can lure in desperate mothers to terminate their pregnancy.”
Georgia parent calls out school district for deleting syllabus mentioning Marxism, CRT: ‘Admission of guilt’
Gwinnett County, home to the largest school district in Georgia, is facing harsh criticism after posting and then removing from the district’s website a controversial syllabus that said AP classes will teach critical race theory and Marxism. While the school district maintains the syllabus was never used for any classes, parents are sounding the alarm on what their children are actually being taught.
Sheri Mitchell is calling for transparency. Her two children attend school in Gwinnett County, and she said the immediate removal of the syllabus is an “admission of guilt.”
“We’ve known that critical race theory is being taught, but we didn’t know how to prove it,” she said. “We’ve known the influence is there, but we haven’t been able to get our hands on things.”
Heritage Action, an organization that advocates for conservative policy, uncovered the quickly deleted syllabus. Executive director Jessica Anderson said the syllabus was a “red flag” and brought it to the attention of the district.
Republicans Urge Department Of Education To Stop Secret Gender Transitions For Students After 12-Year-Old’s Suicide Attempt
“The sheer fact that a 12-year-old student attempted to take her life after her own school refused to disclose conversations about a gender transition to her parents is repulsive,” Foxx told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
“Parents across this country deserve to know vital information about their children – and not be blindsided by the very people that are entrusted to teach them.”
Foxx and Burr close the letter with a list of questions they expect the Department of Education to answer in the next two weeks clarifying the department’s interpretation of Title IX and the obligation of schools to disclose mental health crises to parents.
Pierre Kory says the “entire practice of medicine has been co-opted” amid the COVID-19 pandemic, with top officials deciding what is the best treatment for millions of people, instead of the doctor and patient making those decisions.
He said federal agencies have a “fearsome power” to control the practice of medicine, using the CDC’s campaign against the use of ivermectine as an example, which he says was “propaganda,” and “debunked.”
Kory says COVID-19 is “a highly treatable disease,” and that use of these cheaper treatments could have saved thousands of lives.
Texas constable rips officials for ‘coddling criminals’ after deputy’s death: ‘We need to have some action’
“We’re dealing with the same people time after time, and when there’s no consequences for your action, why would you change your behavior? These are the five percent that don’t care about the community that we live in, and this is what we need to address, but that needs to start from the top down,” he continued.
Heap’s remarks come after his colleague Harris County Corporal Charles Galloway was shot and killed last month by an illegal immigrant during a traffic stop in Houston.
Just last week, there were six police officers shot in the line of duty across the nation within just a 48-hour period. Three were shot in Houston, two more in St. Louis, and another in Milwaukee.
Wednesday on Fox Business Network’s “The Evening Edit,” Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) reacted to the Biden administration flying illegal immigrants across the United States.
Brooks lamented that billions of dollars have been exhausted on illegal aliens rather than the American people. He added there was “no end to how much damage the Biden administration seeks to do.”
“It’s now more than 100,000 that are being transported in one shape, form or fashion, and the total cost — not just the flights but also the detention or the places where they live, the health care — exceeds over $2 billion,” Mo Brooks emphasized.
Thousands of people gathered to mourn the death of Officer Wilbert Mora, who was allegedly shot by a domestic violence suspect.
[Baton Rouge, La. – Feb. 2, 2022] A source who works for United Healthcare of Louisiana’s Inpatient Utilization Management Department is blowing the whistle on COVID-19 cases possibly being inflated for financial incentive.
The brazen instance of such potential abuse was a patient who had multiple gunshot wounds with his primary diagnosis listed as COVID-19.
While many Hollywood elites are more than happy to be promoted the White House agenda and will do whatever they can to get some air time, podcaster Joe Rogan has been somewhat of a thorn in the side of mainstream media.
Places like CNN promoted the Biden administration and their agenda to get every American to take the plunge. But at the same time, Rogan, using his platform, did nothing more than converse with people with numerous different opinions.
This idea of simply discussing the issue caused a mountain of backlash for Rogan as not only has new outlets like CNN attacked him, but now even the White House is pushing for him to be de-platformed.
House Republicans want to hold U.S. intelligence agencies accountable after recent episodes that look like politically motivated use of power from the Trump-Russia probe to recent raids on Project Veritas.
The GOP conferences’ Future of American Freedoms task force, one of several task forces drafting policies for House Republicans, held a virtual roundtable Thursday to discuss agency practices, press freedom and the future of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
Jonathan Turley, a George Washington University law professor, joined the members as a special guest.
(The Center Square) – Pennsylvania House Speaker Bryan Cutler is pushing back on Gov. Tom Wolf’s proposal to spend $1.7 billion in federal relief on direct assistance programs for the commonwealth’s families and businesses.
“Over the last seven years of Gov. Wolf’s and legislative Democrats’ tax-and-spend approach to budgeting, including the last two unprecedented pandemic years, House Republicans have been the line of defense against progressive fiscal policies that would squander taxpayer resources at the expense of national Democratic talking points and take more hard-earned money from the pockets of Pennsylvania’s families,” Cutler, R-Lancaster, said.“
By contrast, Gov. Wolf and his Democratic allies have only put forward the largest cradle-to-grave tax increases in Pennsylvania history and proposals that will increase the cost for Pennsylvania families to heat their homes to fuel their desired unchecked spending regardless of the economic circumstances.”
Wolf demanded the General Assembly move immediately to approve plans to spend the commonwealth’s remaining federal pandemic relief on programs targeting workers, families, small businesses, health care workers and climate change-focused conservation and community revitalization efforts.
The Biden administration-orchestrated “invasion” of at least 3 million illegal immigrants across the open U.S. border from over 150 nations represents an existential threat to the survival of the United States, warned former National Security Advisor Gen.
Mike Flynn in this interview with The New American magazine’s Alex Newman from the U.S.-Mexico border.
During his trip to the border, U.S. Border Patrol agents told Flynn the system is “absolutely broken.” That is because there is “zero leadership” due to White House and Homeland Security policies, Flynn explained.
To save America, citizens must take the country back at the local level, restore our Republican form of government, and hold politicians accountable.
But as Michigan struggled to deal with the surge, Whitmer was thousands of miles away in California, where she raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from a string of private fundraisers in Los Angeles and San Francisco, campaign finance disclosures show.
On Nov. 16, for example, Whitmer raised more than $78,000 at a private Los Angeles fundraiser with Hollywood soap opera producer Colleen Bell.
One day later, she raked in a combined $88,650 from private events in Los Angeles and San Francisco as ambulance companies in Michigan experienced severe labor shortages that led to delayed response times.
Moore, who surged to fame nationwide when he refused a federal court’s claim that he had to remove a Ten Commandments monument from an Alabama courthouse and eventually was removed from office over that, had been leading the race against Doug Jones by double-digits, but ended up losing by an extremely small margin.
After he was removed from the bench, voters promptly reinstalled him in the same post.
The recently decided case involved the judge and Leigh Corfman, who had claimed he sexually abused her. Corfman later sued for defamation when Moore denied her claims, and he countersued.
According to AL.com, the jury decided neither was defamed.
The jury deliberated only a few hours after an eight-day trial.
Defenders of growing online censorship typically use euphemisms to argue that private companies have the right to make whatever “content moderation” decisions they want. Even if true, that’s not what is happening.
Democrats are using their majority power in Washington to pressure companies to censor for them.
Jen Psaki’s demands for Spotify to do more about Joe Rogan is just the latest example of this unconstitutional practice.

State Department spokesman Ned Price said during a press conference on Thursday, “The United States has information that Russia is planning to stage fabricated attacks by Ukrainian military or intelligence forces as a pretext for a further invasion of Ukraine.”
The reported video would entail faked footage of Ukrainian military attacking Russian territory or Russians in Ukraine. The video would include staged graphic scenes, including dead bodies strewn about and targets destroyed by explosions, along with faked Ukrainian military vehicles and equipment.
Though the officials could not provide additional details of the video or reveal how it was obtained in order to prevent exposing their sources, they did state that “Russian intelligence is intimately involved in this effort.”

What was a peaceful camp for freedom quickly turned violent when police came to issue infringement tickets for “illegally parked” vehicles.
Tension escalated when police entered the camp to record car registration details.

First, clips of the freedom truck convoy vaccine mandate protest that you most certainly won’t be seeing on CNN or any other mainstream media. Don’t worry though, Jason Kenney the Premier of Alberta shared a message with the truckers that proves the protest is working no matter what Justin Trudeau says.
Next, Gavin Newsom and Eric Garcetti have been caught maskless again, despite the California mask mandate which is one of the strictest in the country.
