Migrant children being hired to work at Alabama Hyundai-parts plant

Migrant children have allegedly been working at a Hyundai supplier in Alabama after police launched a probe into the disappearance of a 13-year-old girl who ran away with a 21-year-old plant employee.

SMART Alabama in Luverne, an automotive parts manufacturer that has supplied parts for Hyundai since 2003, reportedly fired multiple underage workers – some as young as 12 – as publicity around the missing girl’s case heated up.

A former employee alleged that as many as 50 underage workers were employed across various shifts when he was working at the plant.

The accusations date back to a February Amber Alert regarding Eidy Aracely Tzi Coc, who had briefly disappeared from her family’s home in the town of Enterprise alongside 21-year-old Alvaro Cucul.

“Among people around the age of 80, who’ve been double vaccinated — that would include people like Joe Biden, the per capita rate of medical incidences, including hospitalizations or death, is nearly twice as high as the rate of serious incidents for the unvaccinated.

The verdict was announced in federal court in Washington.

The 12 jurors, eight men and four women, began deliberations earlier on Friday after hearing closing arguments in which prosecutors urged them to convict Bannon for willfully and unlawfully defying the subpoena and the defense suggested Bannon was targeted for political reasons.

Bannon, 68, has pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts after defying the Democratic-led House of Representative select committee’s subpoena requesting testimony and documents as part of its inquiry into the Jan. 6, 2021, rampage by Trump supporters trying to undo the Republican’s 2020 election defeat.

Prosecutor Molly Gaston told jurors the attack represented a “dark day” for America.

Trump gave order to ‘make sure’ Jan. 6 rally was ‘safe event,’ Pentagon memo shows

House Democrats’ marquee summer show of primetime investigative hearings ended Thursday night where it began: unable or unwilling to answer essential questions about the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

Chief among them: If Donald Trump wanted to incite violence that fateful day, as his critics suggest, then why did he order the Pentagon to have a large military force ready to quell a disturbance? And why did a Democrat-led Congress turn down the assistance of pop National Guard troops in the face of intelligence warnings about violence?

By their own admission, Democrats set up the hearings to evade such scrutiny. They declared any questions about what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew about the potential for Jan. 6 violence and when she knew it were off limits.

“It’s the first time this has happened in my lifetime since McCarthyism, and it’s despicable,” said famed Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, a lifelong Democrat who voted for Joe Biden in 2020.

Former first lady Melania Trump released a statement blasting her former press secretary for creating a “false narrative” surrounding Jan. 6, 2021.

Stephanie Grisham last month tweeted an alleged text exchange with Trump on Jan. 6, when the then-press secretary asked the first lady if she wanted to officially condemn the Capitol attack.

“Ms. Grisham was not in the White House on January 6, and her behavior in her role as Chief of Staff ultimately amounts to dereliction of duty,” Trump said in her statement, posted Friday on Truth Social.

Watch — Comedian Bill Burr Pro-Baby Take on Abortion Sets Web On Fire: ‘I Think You’re Killing a Baby’

While Burr says he has often identified with the pro-choice argument for bodily autonomy, he ultimately admits that abortion kills “a baby.”

“I don’t like people telling me what to do, and I was just like, ‘It’s your body, who the fuck am I to tell you what to do with your body?’ So that always made sense,” he begins.

“However, I still think you’re killing a baby. See? That’s where it gets weird,” he adds. “Like, I sit on the fence and the whole thing makes sense to me. When anybody’s saying like, ‘Don’t tell me what to do. It’s my body, my choice.’ That’s right. She’s right. Leave her the hell alone. ‘Well, you’re killing a baby!’ Well, I mean there is that. You know?”

LAPD Officers Shoot Suspect After He Pulls Out a Gun And Fires at Them

Los Angeles, California — On June 19, 2022, at around 10:40 p.m., Foothill Division patrol officers received a “415 Man with a Gun” radio call. The comments of the radio call documented the suspect’s description to include being in possession of a bicycle.

Upon the officers’ arrival to the area of Van Nuys Boulevard and Laurel Canyon Boulevard, they observed a person matching the description of the reported suspect armed with a firearm.

The officers exited their police vehicle to make contact with the suspect, utilizing their vehicle doors for cover.

He said officers searching the campground later found the body of a Nebraska man who had died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities identified him as 23-year-old Anthony Sherwin.

The campground was evacuated in the wake of the shooting. A children’s summer camp on site called Camp Shalom said in a Facebook post that parents had been notified and that it had established a pick-up site for campers.

The report from FAIR, which is based on data released by the Biden administration, found that over 680 pounds of fentanyl were seized by Border Patrol in the month of June alone.

In addition, 9,371 pounds of cocaine, 104 pounds of heroin, and 13,167 pounds of methamphetamine were also seized by authorities on our Southern border. Meanwhile, the report notes that 107,622 Americans died of drug overdoses in 2021, according to the Center for Disease Control.

Drug peddling was only one type of crime that occurred on the border in June. Border Patrol agents arrested nine gang members, two convicted sex offenders, and a child rapist last month.

Human traffickers associated with Mexican drug cartels also left 50 men, women, and children dead in the back of a trailer.

This week, 48-year-old Oziel Cantu went before U.S. District Judge Micaela Alvarez who sentenced him to 10 years in prison. Cantu pleaded guilty to one count of bribery of a public official in April 2021.

The case against Cantu began in June 2020, when he worked as a CBP officer at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge. Federal authorities suspected Cantu of having contacted a cartel to offer his services in moving drugs.

While court documents do not identify the organization, the dominant cartel that operates in the Reynosa-Pharr area is the Gulf Cartel.

In August 2020, an undercover agent pretending to be a cartel member contacted Cantu through a messaging app and planned to smuggle 40 pounds of cocaine in exchange for $15,000.

The undercover agent was told to put a red hat on his dash so Cantu could tell him which lane to use.

Biden nominated Roopali Desai, a litigation partner at the law firm Coppersmith Brockelman, to the 9th Circuit Appeals Court bench last month.

Desai serves on the board of Just Communities Arizona (JCA), a self-described “abolitionist organization” that envisions “a world in which prisons and jails are unnecessary.”

The organization has taken several radical stances on the criminal justice system, including claiming that “the criminal punishment system isn’t really about justice” and mourning Arizona’s execution of Frank Atwood last month.

Atwood was convicted in 1987 of raping and murdering 8-year-old Vicki Lynne Hoskinson prior to disposing of her body in the Arizona desert northwest of Tuscon.

“The state of Arizona has executed Frank Atwood,” a black graphic featuring a lit candle published by the organization on Facebook read. “Please take a moment to send Light to Frank Atwood, his family and friends, and all those who suffer under Arizona’s punishment system (including those who are employed by it.”

Police officers and other officials in the small town of Kenly have submitted mass-resignation letters citing stress, a hostile work environment and an inability to continue the department’s long-term betterment projects.

In a letter to Town Manager Justine Jones, Police Chief Josh Gibson expressed regret toward the negative changes he felt were occurring in the department.

“In my 21 years at the Kenly Police Department, we have seen ups and downs. But, especially in the last 3 years, we have made substantial progress that we had hoped to continue. However, due to the hostile work environment now present in the Town of Kenly, I do not believe progress is possible,” Gibson wrote.

Police leadership and active duty officers were joined in their resignation by other officials.

Police told Fox News that the victim was a 42-year-old male who exited the Red Line train at the 1500 block of North Clybourn and switched to another train car. A group of six offenders proceeded to follow the victim onto the train, with the intention of robbing him

The group began to attack and batter the man with a knife and a broken glass bottle.

The victim produced his own knife as he sustained several stab wounds and lacerations. He was transported to Northwestern Hospital in serious condition.

All six offenders were placed into custody.

“This kind of violence is absolutely unacceptable, and we applaud the Chicago Police Department for its quick actions to arrest the suspects. CTA will continue to assist CPD in its investigation, including sharing any video from our security camera system,” CTA President Dorval R. Carter Jr. said in a statement provided to Fox News.

Minneapolis neighborhoods ‘crowdfunding’ for extra police patrols amid crime spike

Some upscale Minneapolis, Minnesota neighborhoods are drawing criticism over an initiative where residents have pooled money to fund extra police patrols following the city’s pledge to “disband” the police department.

Residents in the Lowry Hill neighborhood, using a nonprofit known as the Minneapolis Safety Initiative, secured a contract with the city for $210,000 in extra police patrols from January 17 through December 31, the Minneapolis Post reported.

The move is a “temporary measure to address the current crime wave while MPD continues to rebuild to full staffing levels,” according to the nonprofit’s website.

“I want to train and make sure that all American citizens have a working understanding of safe and responsible firearms ownership,” Toure continued, “that if a weirdo comes into Uvalde, to Buffalo or wherever, and attempts to take life, there’s a bunch of free Americans there to stop that threat – simple and plain.”

Toure’s comments come as Indiana authorities publicly praised 22-year-old Elisjsha Dicken for neutralizing a man who opened fire in a Greenwood mall that killed three and wounded two others in 15 seconds. Dicken’s actions were hailed as “heroic” and “very tactically sound” in a police statement, despite him having no police or military background.

“The actual answer of more gun control, meaning more safe and responsible firearms owners being there to defend life, is the only type of gun control that’s acceptable to us at Black Guns Matter,” Toure said.

Chenelly, a candidate for New York State Assembly, said he followed the man as he climbed on stage. He then took the attacker down after he attempted to punch the congressman while wielding a weapon.

“I could see what looked like a razor or knife of some sort,” Chenelly said on “Fox & Friends First” Friday.

“As he attempted another swing, I tackled the attacker from the back and slammed im to the ground where several of us were able to restrain him and get the weapon away from him.”

Biden, the younger son of President Biden, has been subject to a federal investigation in Delaware for several years – and the White House elected to keep U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss in office past the end of the Trump administration purportedly to avoid claims of conflict-of-interest.

With the grand jury reportedly disbanding, the case may now be in the hands of government prosecutors to make the next move, which former U.S. Attorney for Utah Brett Tolman told “The Story” leaves a very strange dynamic:

“None of this adds up. None of it makes sense. Indictments should have been brought when you first started calling witnesses and close thereto, that’s standard,” he said.

“The fact that a grand jury is now terminating here fairly soon or has terminated, in essence, you have to start all over. If the new grand jury gets empaneled, you have to re-present all the evidence that you may have presented.”

Tolman said that normally charges or the threat thereof would be brought before the termination of the first grand jury.

The New York Times published a series of op-eds by its opinion columnists Thursday that began with the phrase “I Was Wrong About.” As part of the collection, Bret Stephens admitted he was wrong to label Trump supporters “appalling.”

Stephens said he “regret[s] almost nothing of what I said about the man and his close minions” but that “the broad swipe at his voters caricatured them and blinkered me.”

“It also probably did more to help than hinder Trump’s candidacy. Telling voters they are moral ignoramuses is a bad way of getting them to change their minds,” he continued. “What were they seeing that I wasn’t?” he pondered.

“What Trump’s supporters saw was a candidate whose entire being was a proudly raised middle finger at a self-satisfied elite that had produced a failing status quo,” he asserted.

“I was blind to this,” Stephens admitted. “I belonged to a social class that my friend Peggy Noonan called ‘the protected’,” he said and acknowledged his own financial luxuries.

Stephens admitted Trump supporters’ anger was not “unfounded or illegitimate” nor “aimed at the wrong target.”

“I hope that the DOD and the Biden administration take the recommendation so that our service members can get back to the war-fighting functions that they’re supposed to be training on,” Derrick Anderson, a retired Green Beret and former congressional candidate in Virginia told Fox News.

The Senate Armed Services Committee submitted its 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to the DOD last month, which included a recommendation to halt its programs countering extremism in the ranks.

“The committee believes that spending additional time and resources to combat exceptionally rare instances of extremism in the military is an inappropriate use of taxpayer funds and should be discontinued by the Department of Defense immediately,” the report continues.

Disappointed by the committee’s Democrats voting against the recommendation, Anderson said, “as we’ve seen with the Democrats over and over again, they’re digging their heels in on these types of woke policies instead of just coming to the table and saying, ‘hey, maybe we were wrong on this.’”

“The Senate Armed Services Committee has essentially said that it’s a waste of taxpayer dollars to be conducting this training when our service members should be otherwise training for combat,” Anderson said of the committee’s recommendation to halt anti-extremism programs.

White House Announces $270M Military Package for Ukraine

The White House announced Friday that the U.S. is sending an additional $270 million in security assistance to Ukraine, a package that will include additional medium range rocket systems and tactical drones.

The latest tranche brings the total U.S. security assistance committed to Ukraine by the Biden administration to $8.2 billion, and is being paid for through $40 billion in economic and security aid f or Ukraine approved. by Congress in May.

The new package includes four High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, or HIMARS and will allow Kyiv to acquire up to 580 Phoenix Ghost drones, both crucial weapon systems that have allowed the Ukrainians to stay in the fight despite Russian artillery supremacy, according to John Kirby, the White House National Security Council’s coordinator for strategic communications. The latest assistance also includes some 36,000 rounds of artillery ammunition and additional ammunition for the HIMARS.

Mother Again Defends Illegal Alien Accused of Raping, Impregnating Her 10-Year-Old Daughter

As Breitbart News has chronicled, 27-year-old illegal alien Gerson Fuentes was arrested and charged this month with raping a 10-year-old girl in Columbus, Ohio, who then became pregnant.

In an interview with Telemundo, the girl’s mother — suspected of being Fuentes’s girlfriend and potentially currently pregnant with his child — defended Fuentes.

“Everything that they’re saying against him is a lie,” the woman said of Fuentes. In another interview with Telemundo, the woman again defended Fuentes, stating that he is innocent.

Fuentes has been able to live in the United States for at least seven years, working at a cafe despite his illegal alien status. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency told Breitbart News that they had not previously encountered Fuentes until his arrest for allegedly raping the girl.

Nearly all Democratic Senators voted on Thursday to protect an extraordinary new immigration pipeline now being created by regulatory officials at President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security.

Left-wing activists are successfully converting millions of economic migrants into Democratic-leaning voters for the 2022 election, says a new report by left-wing groups.

“The new American majority has begun to demonstrate its power in numbers,” says the July 20 report, titled “NEW AMERICAN VOTERS 2022: Harnessing the Power of Naturalized Citizens.”

“By the time of the 2022 midterm elections, they can total an estimated 5.19 million,” the report claimed.

The report continued:

This multiracial, multi-generational, and majority women group of naturalized citizens represent a potential voting bloc that in 2022 can decide various political outcomes including who controls the U.S. Senate by voting in states like Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

The new populations of naturalized immigrants are more than enough to flip many elections that GOP leaders — and their business donors — expect to win in November.

It is unbelievable.”

Jefferson, Madison’s homes become woke monuments attacking Founding Fathers’ legacies

President John F. Kennedy seemed to view Jefferson differently in 1962 when he said at the White House in honor of Nobel Prize winners:

“I think this is the most extraordinary collection of talent, of human knowledge, that has ever gathered together at The White House, with the possible exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone.”

Now, some want the vision, genius, and courage of Jefferson minimized or outright dismissed in favor of imprecise or incorrect images being projected through the biased prisms of today as his name is elsewhere being smeared, his statues removed, and his name taken off various buildings and schools.

The same treatment goes for James Madison — only the man known as “The Father of the Constitution” and who was the force behind the Federalist papers and the Bill of Rights. Yet, in his own home, he is now labeled “The Enslaver.”

The homes of Jefferson and Madison being reimagined begs the obvious question, “Which Founding Father is next?”

Trump Responds to Hearing With Video of Democrats Refusing Defeat

Former President Donald Trump overnight shared a video montage showing 10 minutes of Democrats, ranging from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, denying the results of elections, including several who questioned his win in 2016.

The video, titled “10 Minutes of Democrats Denying Election Results” was a compilation he shared on his Truth Social page, and came from the website Rumble. It came at the end of several other posts the former president was making during the hearing, including one in which he said that “I had an election Rigged and Stolen from me, and our Country. The USA is going to Hell. Am I supposed to be happy?”

Trump’s posts, and the video, came after the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021 attacks at the Capitol — which Trump calls the “Unselect” Committee — held its eighth hearing Thursday night.

The new policy also targets policy by directing Arlington’s new police oversight board to investigate any officers who may have violated the policies.

Swing Voters Shrug as GOP Hides Economic Damage amid Border Chaos

“In June, more than 207,000 illegal immigrants were apprehended … 621 pounds of deadly fentanyl … At least 523 illegal migrants have died … [border] agents left feeling “demonize[d],” said a July 18 press release, headlined “WORST JUNE AT THE BORDER IN DHS HISTORY.”

“There’s much more to the problem than that,” responded Robert Law, the director of the Center for Homeland Security and Immigration at the America First Policy Institute.

Throughout the GOP, “there has been a reluctance to talk about the pocketbook issues” that can help pull swing voters towards the GOP, Law said, adding:

The [election campaign] argument should be that the crisis at the border is directly related to every other part of your life that has become harder during the Biden administration. Immigration does not operate in a silo, it is interwoven and interconnected with every other part of your existence, such as the cost of food, the cost of rent, transportation, traffic congestion, your ability to get timely and quality health care … You cannot look at immigration as just as a one-off [border] issue — immigration is a driver to any issue that [voters] feel is not going well during during this administration.

Indiana Republican Rep. Victoria Spartz Delivers EPIC Defense Of The Second Amendment (VIDEO)

Victoria Spartz was born in Ukraine but now represents Indiana’s 5th congressional district.

As a transplant to America, she values our freedoms more than some people who were born and raised here.

During a vote on gun control this week, she delivered an absolutely perfect defense of the Second Amendment.

I actually have to speak against this amendment and I’ll tell you why, because the stakes are too high and I’m not going to talk in the behalf of state of Texas but I want to speak on behalf of state of Indiana.

It is a common used weapon to protect, and as a mother of two daughters as a woman I truly believe that is infringement on my rights and I want to make sure that my children, my great children, and grandchildren and children of my constituents have the same rights to protect them.

Report: Donald Trump Plots Purging Administrative State Employees if Reelected

If reelected in 2024, Trump is planning to cut about 50,000 administrative state employees to rein in unelected technocrats in federal government agencies that have great influence over policies impacting American workers, according to the outlet.

“The impact could go well beyond typical conservative targets such as the Environmental Protection Agency and the Internal Revenue Service,” the report explained. “Trump allies are working on plans that would potentially strip layers at the Justice Department — including the FBI, and reaching into national security, intelligence, the State Department and the Pentagon, sources close to the former president say.”

The term administrative state specifically describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agencies exercising power to create and enforce their own rules.

JERUSALEM, Israel – Turkey’s strongman President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s plan to purge the U.S.-allied Kurdish force from northern Syria could create an Act 2 for the Islamic State terrorist movement to build a new caliphate, noted experts on the jihadi organization and Turkish power politics.

Erdogan had some harsh words on Wednesday against the U.S. He told the Turkish government-controlled news outlet Anadolu Agency:

“Türkiye expects [a withdrawal of U.S. troops from northern Syria] this as well because it is America that feeds the terrorist groups there,” in a reference to the U.S.-allied Syrian Kurdish military organization—The People’s Defense Units (YPG)

Military cooperation between U.S. armed forces and the YPG was the driving force to eradicate the Islamic State (ISIS) in sections of northern Syria in 2019. The stakes are high for the Biden administration because Kurdish forces control roughly two dozen prisons in northeastern Syria that hold approximately 10,000 male Islamic State members.

“Fresh videos have surfaced online in which Chinese Peoples Liberation Army (PLA’s) tanks can be seen deployed on the streets [of Henan province] to scare protestors.

Large-scale protests are being held in the province by bank depositors over the release of their frozen funds,” the Indian news agency reported on July 21.

“As per the reports the tanks were out on the streets to protect the banks and prevent locals from reaching the banks,” ANI relayed.

The news agency did not disclose details of the alleged tank rollout, such as where in Henan province the tanks deployed or when the incident occurred.

China Approves $458 Million Coal Project amid Power Crisis

The state-run NEA confirmed its approval of the mining project through a press release issued on May 24. The NEA said the new coal mining site would be built in the banner, or administrative division, of Zhungeer, which itself is administered by Inner Mongolia’s Ordos City.

The administration said that one of its goals in approving a new mining site in Zhungeer was to help “ensure stable energy supply.”

China’s state electric grid is primarily fueled by coal power. Though the public grid has suffered from periodic failings for years, its inability to provide China with sufficient energy has worsened in recent months amid a national heat wave.

China’s state power grid had already faltered throughout much of last year, causing rolling blackouts across several provinces starting in the summer of 2021 that continued into the spring of 2022.

Exclusive — Steve Milloy: Biden’s ‘Climate Agenda’ Is ‘a Hoax,’ ‘a Lie,’ ‘All About Controlling Us’

Steve Milloy/Twitter

“The globe is only about less than a half a degree Fahrenheit warmer today than the 1979-to-2000 average,” Milloy stated. “That’s not even really measurable to start with.”

Americans must be wary of “falling for [the Biden administration’s] climate agenda,” Milloy warned.

“The whole thing is a hoax. It’s a lie. It’s all about controlling us. It’s not about controlling the climate or the environment or the weather,” he remarked.

Milloy observed how recent news media headlines hyping hot summer days feed a political and partisan propaganda campaign pushed by Democrats and the broader left regarding what they frame as anthropogenic global warming.

“The climate mob is trying to take advantage [0f] the going heatwave in the U.S. and in the U.K.,” he stated. “Look, it’s summertime. … We get heatwaves in summer.”
